Ageing is a natural process. We all know about it. Ancient yogic scripture since ancient time claimed that regular practice of yoga helps in slow down ageing process and gives you youthfulness and vitality.

瑜伽爱好者们,大家好!我带着我的新文章《瑜伽有助于保持年轻》跟大家见面了!

衰老是一个自然过程,这点我们都知道。自古以来,瑜伽经文就指出:定期练习瑜伽有助于减缓衰老过程,并给你年轻和活力。

so what are the bases for such claims?

此观点的依据是什么?

it is mainly because their greater understanding of our body. Their ability to observe deep silence, through their deep state of mind they may have discovered various secrets of our body mechanism which may not to be possible for a normal person to understand at all.

这是因为古代的瑜伽大师对我们的身体有深入的了解。他们可以达到深层静默状态。通过高度集中的意识,他们可能已经发现了我们身体运行机制的各种秘密。而这些可能不是普通人能理解的。

Now in modern era of science and technology we have very good understanding of body and it’s various mechanisms. Modern medical science says there is a close connectivity among secretion of various juices/hormones(specially growth hormones) and ageing process. Growth of tissues, bone density, body metabolism etc are regulated by our hormonal system. Low function/malfunction of such hormonal glands can slow down our metabolic process, slow healing and recovery from the illness and sickness etc.

”现代科技时代,我们对身体和它的各种运行机制有了很好的了解。现代医学认为:各种激素(特别是生长激素)的分泌和衰老过程有着密切的联系。组织生长、骨密度、体代谢等都受我们的激素系统调节。这些激素腺体的功能下降或故障会减慢我们的新陈代谢过程,减缓疾病的恢复速度。

This hormonal system also known as endocrine system and got effected by our physical and psychological activities. regular practice of yoga have greater impact on this hormonal system. various studies revealed that yoga practice have positive effects on glandular activities resulting slow down the agein

这种激素系统也称为内分泌系统,并受我们的身心活动的影响。规律性的瑜伽练习对这种荷尔蒙系统有更大的影响。各种研究表明,瑜伽练习对腺体运行有积极的影响,产生延缓衰老的功效。

Regularity in yoga practice and observation of its principals resulting in graceful ageing. many people may have concern about the quality of life than span of life. They want to enjoy life with their maximum ability to enjoy pleasure of life. There is nothing wrong about it. but maximise utilisation of their life need at least a healthy body and daily practice of yoga poses, breathing practice ,observation of silence and sensual control, a balance diet and of course recreation and relaxation and provide strong for healthy body and healthy mind.

规律性的瑜伽练习及其瑜伽中的观察法则,让人优雅的老去。许多人可能对生活质量的关注甚于寿命长短。他们想以最大的能力享受生活,享受生活的乐趣,这没有什么不对。但想要最大限度地享受生活,我们至少要有一个健康的身体和每日瑜伽练习,呼吸练习,对静默状态的观察和感官控制,平衡的饮食,当然还有娱乐和放松,这些都能让我们的身体和精神状态更健康。
