In my previous post we discuss how the sun salutation can help in enhancing skin health and makes people’s younger.
today I share my thoughts about how it can be useful to gain good health in minimum time. As many of you are working long hours to fulfil your duties and respective responsibilities towards your families and company.and in this process missing/ignoring your primary responsibility towards your body to keep it in good healthy and working condition.
one round of sun salutation does not need more than 5 minutes. and the studies have shown that if a person does one round of sun salutation he is likely to burn 3.7 calories,so is you practice 15 minutes daily proper sun salutation you can burn more calories and gain good control over your fat.
I recommend you if you are new to this kindly start with 2 rounds of it and gradually increase it. Keep in mind in the starting you need a qualified teacher to train you and let you know procedure and precautions in details.
Sun salutation on your body and from the top to bottom. It improves functioning of your heart, liver, intestine, stomach,etc. These organ helps to maintain good health for your body. Once you become comfortable in sequence try to explore the impact of sun salutation by changing its speed to perform this sequence have different impact on your body. slow and steady movements helping in strengthening and purification of body while fast speed improves flexibility and impacting on your cardio vascular system.
Do not forget to take rest after completing your sun salutation practice. It helps in energy conservation and absorption of energy produced by sun salutation.
