不断的探索与学习瑜伽,把科学性、实用性和专业的瑜伽知识传授给学生,让学生安全、有效的习练,教学相长;在教学中虽不能百分百教会、教好所有学生,也不能百分百解答学生的所有问题,但尽自己所能教会学生当下所需的知识,并引导学生如何选择瑜伽、如何学习瑜伽,同时把正统的瑜伽传播给有需要的人,把瑜伽精神传承下去。

瑜伽心得·Yoga experience

Yoga is an art whose light benefits millions of people. But yoga is not for the high difficulty, elegant pose photo, but in the process of practice, constantly understand themselves, know themselves, use yoga to heal themselves, and then pass on the Yoga concept, so that more people in yoga profit; In addition, there are many ways to practice yoga, but you need to follow your body yoga language, practice and learn yoga qualitatively, test and experience theory with practice, and be grateful on the way to yoga.
